I get overwhelmed once in awhile.
It hits me a lot less than it used to and but there are times that I hyperventilate as a physical symptom.
I've learned to take very deep breaths, to write everything and to remember that everything will be ok tomorrow as long as I do my best today.
Self-talk assures me so I make it a point to meditate before I drift off.
Another thing that helps me is the knowledge that successful people have been in the same disparate shoes and have survived through perseverance, determination and an open and accepting attitude to life and the lot.
I think it may be the stress of staying here for CNY... but I have made the decision to stay here and stay put until I've been here one year.
So bite the dust, I'm staying here to welcome the Dragon year!!!
